The MOT History & Mileage Report is digital content delivered instantly. By ticking the consent box at checkout you agreed to immediate delivery and waived the 14-day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).

We refund in full when

The report could not be generated; you were charged twice; or the report is materially defective because of an error on our side (Consumer Rights Act 2015). A result of "no advisories", "no anomalies" or "no MOT history yet" is a valid, delivered result — it is the information you paid for — and is not a defect. Where a layer reads UNKNOWN because a government source was unavailable, email us and we will re-run or refund.

How

Email support@motcheck-uk.co.uk with your order id within 14 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 working days.
